Introduction
Connecting players to the pitch
This project aimed to transition Victory Arena’s traditional booking process to a mobile app, enabling users to easily book a football pitch through their phones.
Role
UX Designer from conception to delivery, as part of the Google UX Design Professional Certificate
Duration
January - July 2023
Problem Statement
Booking a pitch is a tedious, manual process
You call or text a person to check for available pitches across different dates, times, and locations.
Then you go back and forth with that person to find the right pitch. Depending on their responsiveness, it could take an hour to make a booking.
When you decide to confirm your booking, you make payment by bank transfer and send a confirmation screenshot via text.
